Card does not show up on the desktop or in System Profiler Quick Check 1. Insert customer's SD card into a known-good system and verify that it functions properly. If the card cannot be read, contact the manufacturer for support options. 2. Verify with known-good SD Memory card that issue remains. 3. Check correct drivers are installed for the customer's SD card type. Standard SD memory cards are supported by OS Software, but other may require specific driver software to be used. 4.
