Figure 6-22 2 Use both hands to slowly pull the jammed paper out of the fuser unit. Figure 6-23 3 Close the back output tray. TROUBLESHOOTING
JAM DUPLEX (paper jam in the duplex unit)
Follow the instructions below to clear a paper jam:

Open the back output tray.
