4. Click Next. The Access tab appears. The Allow any to all destinations access rule is enabled by default. This rule allows traffic to all destinations. To define allow TCP service access rule to a particular network, perform the following steps: a. Click the New button. The New Rule box appears. b. Select Allow from the Action drop-down list. c. Select custom from the Service drop-down list.  Select TCP from the Protocol drop-down list.  Enter appropriate port number in the Port(s) text box. d. Select to a network from the Destination drop-down list.  Enter appropriate IP address in the IP text box.  Enter appropriate netmask in the Netmask text box.
