Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system on page 41. 3. If applicable, disconnect the cables from the expansion card. 4. Remove the expansion card riser. Steps 1. Pull and lift the expansion card retention latch lock to open. 2. Pull the black card holder before removing the card from the riser. 3. Hold the expansion card by the edges. and pull the card until the card edge connector disengages from the expansion card connector on the riser. Remove the expansion card riser

Steps
1.
Pull and lift the expansion card retention latch lock to open.
2.
Pull the black card holder before removing the card from the riser.
3.
Hold the expansion card by the edges. and pull the card until the card edge connector disengages from the expansion card connector
on the riser.
