NOTE: Starting with Dell Networking OS version 7.8.1.0, when you use a copper SFP2 module with catalog number GP-SFP2-1T in the S25P model of the S-Series, you can manually set its speed with the speed command. Entering a text string after the

description

command overwrites any previous text string that you

previously configured as the description.

interface that is a member of a port-channel.

Configure duplex mode on the Management Interface interfaces where the speed is set to 10/100.

To return to the default setting, use the

Usage Information

This command applies to any physical interface with speed set to 10/100.

NOTE:

Starting with Dell Networking OS version 7.8.1.0, when you use a copper SFP2 module with

catalog number GP-SFP2-1T in the S25P model of the S-Series, you can manually set its speed

with the

speed

command. When you set the speed to 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps, you can also execute

the

duplex

command.
