To clean the rollers, follow these steps: 1. Press the Power button to turn off the scanner, and then disconnect the USB cable and power supply from the scanner. 2. Pull forward on the latch to open the document feeder hatch. 3. On the rear of the open document feeder, use a fingertip to press the tab at the upper right corner of the pickup roller cover, and then forward to open the cover and expose the pickup rollers.
