Command destroyTapeDrive addBarCodes getBarCodes deleteBarCode getCartTypes getCartTypesByTape Usage 1 Deletes the specified tape drive from the VLS. Where the options are: -a - Node number on which the tape drive resides (0 to 3) (optional) -f - Force. Do the destroy without a prompt (optional) -l - LUN number of the tape drive to delete (1, 2, ...) (required) -la - Number of the node on which the library emulation to which the tape drive is associated resides (required) -ll - LUN number of the library associated with the tape drive to delete (required) -h - Displays command usage information (optional) Creates a new barcode template. Where the options are: -a - Barcode template name (up to 20 alphanumeric characters, spaces allowed) (required) -b - Barcode prefix to use for the barcode (up to 5 alpha characters) (required) -i - Starting numeric value for the cartridges created with this template (1 to 1024) (required) -u - Barcode suffix length. Number of digits for cartridge sequencing (1 to 16) (required) -h - Displays command usage information (optional) Returns a list of all the barcode templates (and their settings) that have been defined. Displays each barcode template's name, prefix, start index, and suffix length. Deletes the specified barcode template. Where the options are: -a - Barcode prefix (required) -f - Force. Do the delete without a prompt (optional) -h - Displays command usage information (optional) Returns a list of available cartridge emulation types. Displays each cartridge emulation's name, type, and capacity information. Returns a list of available cartridge emulation types for the tape drive specified. Displays each cartridge emulation's name, type, and capacity information.
