SCSI Configuration Mode Page (0x23)
Page Length:
Specifies the length in bytes of the mode parameters that follow.
Reset on boot:
A reset on boot bit of one means the associated SCSI bus is
reset when the bridge is booted.
Disable Discovery:
A disable discovery bit of one means that no discovery is
done on the associated SCSI bus when the bridge is booted.
