AC2000 802.11ac Wireless Access Point/Router WAC124 The NETGEAR Account Login page displays. 4. Enter your registered email address and password and click the LOG IN button. The BASIC Home page displays. 5. Select ADVANCED > USB Storage > ReadySHARE. The USB Storage (Advanced Settings) page displays. 6. Select the FTP (via internet) check box. The Link field shows the URL that you must enter from a remote device. Admin password protection is enabled by default. 7. Click the Apply button. Your settings are saved. 8. To limit access to the admin user, do the following: a. In the Available Network Folders list, select a device. If a single device is attached to the USB port, the radio button is selected automatically. b. Click the Edit button. The Edit Network Folder page displays. c. From the Read Access menu, select admin. The default setting is All - no password. d. From the Write Access menu, select admin. The default setting is All - no password. e. Click the Apply button. Your settings are saved. f. Click the Close Window button. The pop-up window closes.
