Camera and Gallery Camera and Gallery Camera Respect the personal rights of others and obey the local laws, regulations, and customs when taking and using images or video clips. With the Camera application you can take pictures and record videos while on the move. The images and video clips are automatically saved in the Gallery application. The camera produces JPEG images, and video clips are recorded in the 3GPP file format with the .3gp file extension. You can also send images or video clips in a multimedia message, as an e-mail attachment, or using a Bluetooth connection. Open the camera lens cover on the back of the phone to open the camera, or press Camera. The Camera application starts when the camera lens cover is open, and you can see the view to be captured. Press to move between Image and Video views. Tip! You can insert an image into a contact card. See 'Save names and numbers', p. 26. The Nokia 6681 device supports an image capture resolution of up to 1280 x 960 pixels. The image resolution in these materials may appear different. Take pictures Press or to move between Image and Video views. Open the Image view. Options before taking a picture are Capture, New, Flash, Activate night mode/Deact. night mode, Sequence mode/Normal mode, Self-timer, Go to Gallery, Adjust, Settings, Help, and Exit. Camera indicators show the following: • The phone memory ( ) and memory card ( ) indicators (1) show where images are saved. • The images indicator (2) estimates how many images, depending on the selected image quality, can fit in the remaining memory of your phone or the memory card. • The zoom indicator (3) shows the zoom level. Camera

With the
Camera
application you can take pictures and
