Only black and white PCX files can be downloaded. 3. The image created by this command cannot not be rotated. 4. The file size specified by this command is the DOS file size in bytes. 47

1.
The maximum number of bytes that can be downloaded is 32K (compressed).
The number specified by this command includes the PCX header information.
