Call & Message Setting notifications 1. Tap Messages from the launcher. 2. Press Q and tap Settings. 3. Adjust the following setting options. x Notifications: Displays a notification in the status bar when a message is delivered. The check box is selected by default. x Select ringtone: Sets a ringtone for incoming messages. x Vibrate: Sets the vibrate mode for incoming messages to Always, Only when Vibrate mode, or Never.
