7. Troubleshooting When a service call message is shown on the display panel Press [Exit]. Then turn the main switch off and back on again. If a service code appears again, contact your service representative. • If a service code appears on the display panel after you turn the main switch off and on a few times, do not continue turning it on and off. Leave the machine off. • When you make masters continuously using originals with solid images, "SC203" tends to appear on the display panel. In this case, turn off the main switch and wait for a while. Then turn on the main switch. 178
