(mainly North America) : The machine automatically rotates the original image by 90° to match the paper orientation. Original 11 × 17 Paper 81/2 × 11 -- 81/2 × 14 81/2 × 11 8 1/2 × 11 51/2 × 51/2 × 81/2 *1 81/2 *1 -- -- -- 81/2 × 11 -- -- 51/2 × -- -- -- -- 81/2 *1 Place these originals in the ADF. • If you use Zoom mode, custom size originals or paper, the image will not be rotated. • It takes longer than usual to make masters in Image Rotation mode. • You can cancel Image Rotation mode with User Tools.
