Clearing Misfeeds To prevent paper misfeeds: When thin paper misfeeds in the paper exit section, reduce the printing speed with the [ ] [ ] of speed setting keys. For details, see page 73 "Changing the Printing Speed". If you cannot reduce the printing speed, close the trailing edge guides or move the end plate toward the paper delivery tray edge. When "D" Is Displayed This indicates a master misfeed has occurred in the master feed section. ·Open the master tray cover ( ), and then remove the master roll (). ·Reset the master roll (), and then close the master tray cover ( ).
