Solving Equations with More Than One Answer

Solve for L when M=307. #307###b Your variable values may vary. Solving Equations with More Than One Answer The calculator only returns one solution even if more than one possible solution exists. When this is the case, you can first enter a guess by assigning a value to that variable and then asking the calculator to solve your equation. The TI-73 always chooses the solution closest to that guess. However, the guess must be within the bound limits; otherwise, you get an error.
