Jams Jam at Top Cover, A7 or A10 Check for jammed paper and scraps in the Fuser. Ensure Fuser locking levers are fully latched. Make sure Left Side Paper or scraps in Fuser No area? Output Tray is completely closed. Close tray if Yes necessary. Remove any paper or scraps from the Fuser area. Open the Left Side Output Tray and print the job. Still jamming? No Problem solved. Yes Printing normally? No Replace the Fuser. Yes Problem resolved. Still jamming? No Problem solved. Note: Before troubleshooting, make sure a supported media is used for printing and that the media is free of damage such as wrinkles, tears, and curl.
