Once you have registered stations, you can easily tune into them by selecting their preset numbers. • You can automatically register FM radio stations that have strong signals by using "Auto Preset" (p.55). ■ Registering a radio station Select a radio station manually and register it to a preset number. 1 Follow "Selecting a frequency for reception" (p.51) to tune into the desired radio station. 2 Hold down MEMORY for more than 2 seconds. The first time that you do register a station, the selected radio station will be registered to the preset number "01". Thereafter, each radio station you select will be registered to the next empty (unused) preset number after the most recently registered number. 01:FM VOL. You can also enter a preset number (01 to 40) directly by using the numeric keys after pressing PRESET once. PRESET STEREO TUNED VOL. 01:FM 98.50MHz SW L CR SL SR SBL SBR • "No Presets" appears when no radio stations are registered. • "Wrong Num." appears when an invalid number is entered. • "Empty" appears when a preset number not in use is entered. • To clear preset stations, use "Clear Preset" or "Clear All Preset" (p.55). • To select a preset number for registering, press MEMORY once after tuning into the desired radio station, press PRESET to select a preset number, and then press MEMORY again. Registering favorite radio stations (presets)
You can register up to 40 radio stations as presets. Once you have
registered stations, you can easily tune into them by selecting their
preset numbers.
You can automatically register FM radio stations that have strong signals by using
“Auto Preset” (p.55).
Registering a radio station
Select a radio station manually and register it to a preset number.

Follow “Selecting a frequency for reception” (p.51)
to tune into the desired radio station.

Hold down MEMORY for more than 2 seconds.
The first time that you do register a station, the selected
radio station will be registered to the preset number “01”.
Thereafter, each radio station you select will be registered
to the next empty (unused) preset number after the most
recently registered number.
To select a preset number for registering, press MEMORY once after tuning
into the desired radio station, press PRESET to select a preset number, and
then press MEMORY again.
Selecting a preset station
Tune into a registered radio station by selecting its preset number.
