Click the VoIP Mapping tab if it is not already open. 2 Look at the column for the phone port you are using. Ensure that the correct icon displays for each SIP account that you want to use with this port. • If you want to use a single SIP account for both incoming and outgoing calls, it may be mis-configured to be used for incoming calls or outgoing calls only. Change this in the VoIP > Phone > Analog Phone screen. • If you want to use separate SIP accounts for incoming calls and outgoing calls, one of them may have failed to register (click the VoIP Status tab to check) or is misconfigured in the VoIP > Phone > Analog Phone screen. If so, re-enter the SIP account information. • Reboot the P-2024. If none of this helps, contact your VoIP service provider.
