A scroll bar is shown on the right side of the Frequency window if more frequencies are available. Figure 3-89 Waypoint Frequency Information 1) While viewing the Waypoint Information page of the FPL page group, press the INFO soft key to view information about the waypoint and then press the small MFD knob to activate the cursor. 2) Turn the small MFD knob to scroll through the available frequencies. 3) Press the small MFD knob to exit. 3.5.2.3 Waypoint Weather Information (Optional) The Weather information function is available if a GDL 69/69A is installed, an XM weather subscription is current, and weather information is available for the selected waypoint. METAR and TAF text are displayed on the Waypoint Weather Information Page. Pressing the WX soft key will show the weather information page. METAR data is displayed first in a decoded fashion, then as raw text. TAF information is displayed only in its raw form. TAF (Terminal Aerodrome Forecast) is the standard format for 24-hour weather forecasts. A TAF typically forecasts significant weather changes, temporary changes, probable changes, and expected changes in weather conditions.
