Sec 6 Symbols Sec 7 Appendix A Glossary Sec 8 Synthetic Terrain SVT Soft Keys Figure 5-28 SVT on Primary Flight Display NOTE: SVT features are not a substitute for standard course and altitude deviation information using the CDI, VSI, and VDI presentations. 5.7.3.1 Flight Path Marker (FPM) The Flight Path Marker is also known as a Velocity Vector. It is displayed on the PFD at ground speeds above 30 knots. The FPM depicts approximate projected path of the aircraft accounting for wind speed and direction relative to the three-dimensional display. 5.7.3.2 Zero-Pitch Line The Zero-Pitch Line is drawn completely across the display and represents the aircraft attitude with respect to the horizon.
