Foreword Sec 1 System Sec 2 PFD NEXRAD Legend The NEXRAD Legend selection provides the option of displaying an abbreviated version of the NEXRAD legend in the top right region of the MFD. Figure 3-46 NEXRAD Legend Selection Lightning Viewing Range The Lightning Viewing Range option selects whether the Lightning weather products is shown on the Navigation Map. Lightning weather products will be shown at and below the selected map range. When Off is selected, Lightning weather will not be shown. In the figure below where 200 NM is selected, Lightning symbols will be shown at map ranges of 200 NM and lower.
