To adjust the copy module horizontal registration 1 Start service mode on the copy module. 2 Enter '6' under COPIER > TEST > PG > TYPE in service mode to make a test print of a grid. 3 Make a copy of the grid test page. 4 If the lines do not intersect at 90-degree angles or are distorted (check against the corner of a piece of paper), adjust the horizontal registration for the copy module as shown in figure 29. Use the adjustment wrench FY9-1027-000, which ships with every unit and which installers are instructed to place on the stand behind the print engine. (Normally, this adjustment is not needed, as adjustments are made at the factory.) Figure 29.
