Maintaining your plotter Cleaning the plotter WARNING C A U T I O N Cleaning the plotter Clean only the outside of the plotter. Any internal cleaning and any maintenance and repairs beyond the tasks described in this chapter should be done only by a trained service technician. When cleaning the outside of the plotter, use a damp sponge or soft cloth and household cleaner. To avoid electrical shock, make sure that the plotter is switched OFF and unplugged before you clean it. Do not let water get inside the plotter. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the plotter.
