System Setup submenu Items on this menu affect product behavior. Configure the product according to your printing needs. Item DATE/TIME JOB STORAGE LIMIT Values DATE DATE FORMAT TIME TIME FORMAT 1 to 100 JOB HELD TIMEOUT SHOW ADDRESS OFF 1 HOUR 4 HOURS 1 DAY 1 WEEK AUTO OFF Explanation Sets the date and time settings. Specifies the number of quick copy jobs that can be stored on the product. The default setting is 32. Sets the amount of time that held jobs are kept before being automatically deleted from the queue. The default setting is OFF. Defines whether the IP address IS shown on the display if the product is connected to a network. If AUTO is selected the IP Address of the product appears with the Ready message.
