HRSD40F DVR User Guide Note If the DVR's time and date have been reset to a time that is earlier than some recorded video, it is possible for the DVR to have more than one video stream in the same time range. In this case, the overlapping time range in the record table will be separated by a yellow vertical line. The recorded data in the time range located after the yellow vertical line is the latest. Note If the DVR has images recorded in more than one recording mode in the same time range, the recording status bar displays recording information in the following priority order and in different colors: Panic (red), Pre-Event (yellow), Event (purple), Time (blue). Table 4-3 Record Table Search Buttons Button Function Standard View Expanded View Click these buttons to switch to the other view. Standard View displays combined recording information for all currently displayed camera channels. Expanded View displays the recording information of each currently displayed camera channel. Zoom In Zoom Out Select to view an 8-hour range (with 1-minute intervals). Select to view a 24-hour range (with 3-minute intervals). Note To move to earlier or later times that are not shown in the current record table screen, select the arrows located at the end of the timeline by using the arrow buttons on the front panel or remote control. Search Menu Click to display the Search menu. Calendar Search Menu Click to display the Calendar search menu. Playback controls Click to exit the Record Table search window. 120
