In this situation, Honeywell recommends that you disable the Auto Tuning capability of your computer. 1. Run the Command Prompt with elevated administrator permissions. a. Select Start, then Accessories. b. Select Command Prompt. c. Right-click Run as administrator. d. Enter netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable. e. Press Enter. 2.
