Configuration Note The e-mail address must include the "@" character to be a valid address. Setting Callback 1. Highlight the Callback tab, and the Callback screen appears. Figure 3-31 Callback Tab 2. Highlight LAN and press to toggle between On and Off. When LAN is turned On you can change the IP addresses. 3. Highlight the IP Address field that you want to change and press . Use the arrow buttons to enter the IP address of the computer you want contacted during an event. You can enter up to five IP addresses. 4. Highlight the field beside Retry and enter the number of times you would like the DVR to try contacting the computer. You can select from 1 to 10 retries. 5. Save your Notification changes by highlighting Save and the pressing . Select Cancel to exit the screen without saving the changes. Note Ensure that the RASplus settings in the PC that receives the callback message are correctly configured to receive the callback notification.
