Part Names 1 Used to select a menu item, move the cursor when entering characters, change a value, etc. Selects the chosen item or finalizes the entered value. Clears entered numbers and characters. Resets settings and displays the basic screen. Displays the function menu for copy, print, transmission and document box. Numeric keys. Enter numbers and symbols. Returns the Message Display to the previous screen. Lights or blinks when an error occurs. Ends operation (logs out) on the Administration screen. Used to register or recall programs.
