When the system is in hibernate state, the system resumes. If you select Disabled, the system is not powered on nor resumed when the ac power adapter is attached. To use this feature, a special partition on the solid state drive is required. When enabled, you can enable the 30 Day Standby function through the Power Manager program. The function enables the computer to enter a lower power state after the specified time in sleep state. And it takes only seconds to resume normal operation. Temporarily disable battery for servicing the system. After selecting this item, the system will be automatically powered off. The system is then ready to be serviced. Note: The ac power adapter must be disconnected from the system to perform this operation. The battery will be automatically re-enabled when the ac power adapter is reconnected to the system. 70 User Guide
