5045-001 Fuser Oil Applying Input Assembly See Assembly 32-4. 1. Remove the fuser assembly. 2. Place the fuser on a flat surface. Note: Do not tilt the fuser. It contains oil that can spill. 3. Remove the spring from the oil applying input assembly. 4. Remove the E-clip from the oil applying input assembly. 5. Remove the screw from the HV mount located at the rear left corner of the fuser and remove the mount. Do not remove the brown idle gear plate. 6. Remove the screw immediately above the oil applying input assembly and remove the assembly. Fuser Delivery Assembly See Assembly 32-6. 1. Remove the fuser assembly. 2. Place the fuser on a flat surface. Note: Do not tilt the fuser. It contains oil that can spill. 3. Remove the screw from the rear knob and remove the knob. 4. Remove the screw from the shield surrounding the knob and remove the shield. 5. Remove the fuser delivery assembly bias spring. 6. Remove the screw from the pin bracket at the rear of the fuser delivery assembly. 7. Back out the pin and lift the fuser delivery assembly out of the fuser. Repair Information 4-39
