5045-001 Error (135) Fuser Unit Fan Motor Failure FRU Action 1 Poor connection Check the connection of mechanical controller PCB connector J2012. Reconnect it. 2 Fuser unit fan Mechanical controller PCB Turn the machine off. Disconnect mechanical controller PCB connector J2012. Immediately after turning the power switch ON, does the voltage between mechanical controller PCB connectors J2012-3 and J2012-1 (GND) change from OV to about 24 V dc? If yes, replace the fuser unit fan. If no, replace the mechanical controller PCB.
