Do the wrinkles disappear when you use new paper? As the paper probably was moist, advise the user on the correct storage method. Open the front cover while the paper is between the pickup and fuser units. Is the paper wrinkled? Or is the paper being transported with a skew? Check the pickup unit. Is toner or other foreign matter on the paper guide? Clean the guide. Is the fuser entrance guide soiled? Clean the guide. If no, replace the fuser unit.
