8 Press the 4 button. Setting 1/3 The screen returns to the [u Setting] menu. Format Check that [Alarm] is set to O (On). Sound 9 Press the 4 button. Date Adjust Alarm 03/25/2005 [Alarm is set] appears and the camera turns World Time off. MENU Exit Checking the Alarm 1 Select [Alarm] on the [u Setting] menu. Check that [Alarm] is set to O (On). 2 Press the four-way controller (5). Alarm The Alarm screen appears. Check the alarm frequency and time. Alarm 3 Press the 3 button twice. Time The camera is ready to take pictures. MENU Cancel 14:25 Once 17:30 OK OK Turning the Alarm Off The Clock mode screen appears and the alarm rings for one minute when the set time is reached while the camera is turned off. You can stop the alarm by pressing any button on the camera, except the shutter release 8 button, while the alarm is ringing. The alarm will not ring when the set time is reached if the camera has been turned on. Settings 154
