Page 355 highlights

This procedure does NOT stop the printer; it only stops the job that is currently printing. Other jobs continue to print on this printer. Once the job is stopped, the next job in the queue will start to print. To stop the printer (for example, to replace toner), use the procedure "Stopping a printer to perform scheduled maintenance" on page 344. Note: Refer to the online help in the InfoPrint Manager GUI if you need instructions on completing any of these steps. When you use the "Interrupting a job that is currently printing" procedure, the job fills a physical sheet, stops, and prints a message after the last page indicating the number of the last (AFP) page printed. The job shows on the GUI as Paused. When the job restarts, it starts on the next page of the job in the next logical partition. InfoPrint Manager prints a message at the end of the restarted section of the job indicating the page on which the printing started. You might want to use this procedure if you are printing a very long job, and you need to print another, more urgent job immediately. Interrupting a job that is currently printing 1. Open the InfoPrint Manager Operations GUI or the InfoPrint Manager Administration GUI. 2. In the GUI, find the printer where the currently printing job is, and select it. 3. This procedure does NOT stop the printer; it only stops the job that is currently
printing. Other jobs continue to print on this printer.
Once the job is stopped, the next job in the queue will start to print. To stop the
printer (for example, to replace toner), use the procedure “Stopping a printer to
perform scheduled maintenance” on page 344.
Note:
Refer to the online help in the InfoPrint Manager GUI if you need
instructions on completing any of these steps.

next
page of the job in the next logical
partition. InfoPrint Manager prints a message at the end of the restarted section of
