Playing Back Songs 3. Adjust the Volume balance using the [] buttons. In the case of "Song - Keyboard" The volume of your playing will be lower. The Song playback volume will be lower. In the case of "Song L - R" R part volume will be lower. L part volume will be lower. 4. Press the [EXIT] button twice to exit from the Song Menu display. Whenever you select another MIDI Song, the setting for "Song L - R" is restored to its default setting. As for "Song - Keyboard" and Audio Volume, selecting another Song will not reset the value. Useful Playback Functions Starting playback automatically as soon as you play the keyboard (Synchro Start) In the special mode called "Sync Start," pressing any note of the keyboard will start Song playback. To call up the Sync Start mode, select a Song and then press the [3/,](Play/ Pause) button while holding down the [](Stop) button. The [3/,] lamp will flash at the current tempo. (Press the [] button to disengage the Sync Start mode.) Playback will then start as soon as you begin playing the keyboard. Starting/pausing playback by using a pedal You can assign the Song Play/Pause function (equivalent to the [3/,](Play/ Pause) button) to the center or the left pedal in the System Menu (page 90).
