TROUBLESHOOTING
Toner scatter or toner stain
1) Identify the color causing the problem and replace that toner cartridge.
2) Replace the OPC belt cartridge.
The color of your printouts are not
what you expected
1) Check that the toner cartridges are installed properly.
2) Check that the toner cartridges are not empty.
3) Perform the calibration. see 3-11.
