Possible shots with Battery Grip BG-E9 • With LP-E6 x 2: Approx. twice the shots without the battery grip. • With size-AA/LR6 alkaline batteries (at 23°C / 73°F): Approx. 550 shots without flash use, or approx. 410 shots with 50% flash use. The number of possible shots will decrease with any of the following operations: • Pressing the shutter button halfway for a prolonged period. • Often activating only the AF without taking a picture. • Using the LCD monitor often. • Using the lens Image Stabilizer. The lens operation is powered by the camera's battery. Depending on the lens used, the number of possible shots may be lower. For the number of possible shots with Live View shooting, see page 153.
