Device IRQ address conflicts with another device. Device IRQ address conflicts with another device. Device IRQ address conflicts with another device. Chassis fan not connected to the system board. Hard drive is about to fail. (Some hard drives have a firmware patch that will fix an erroneous error message.) Recommended Action 1. Remove any serial port expansion cards. 2. Clear CMOS. 3.
