xiii Using the Search Engine Once you open a document, you can search for information you need: 1. From the Acrobat Reader menu bar, select Tools. 2. Select Find. 3. Enter the text you want, and select FIND. 4. To locate another occurrence of the same text, select Tools and then Find Again. Using the Linked Table of Contents Once you open a document, you can link to a topic from the table of contents. Click on the topic you want. If a contents does not appear, select View, and then select Bookmarks and Page. Using Text Links Certain text is linked to other topics in the book. Linked text displays in blue. Click on the blue text to view the topic listed. Printing the Documentation Once you open a document, you can print the entire document or a single page: 1. Using the Search Engine
Once you open a document, you can search for information you need:
1.
From the Acrobat Reader menu bar, select Tools.
2.
Select Find.
3.
Enter the text you want, and select FIND.
4.
To locate another occurrence of the same text, select Tools and then
Find Again.
Using the Linked Table of Contents
Once you open a document, you can link to a topic from the table of contents.
Click on the topic you want.
If a contents does not appear, select View, and then select Bookmarks and
Page.
Using Text Links
Certain text is linked to other topics in the book. Linked text displays in blue.
Click on the blue text to view the topic listed.
Printing the Documentation
Once you open a document, you can print the entire document or a single page:
1.
From the Acrobat Reader menu bar, select File.
2.
Select Print.
3.
Use Print Range to select what you want to print.
4.
Select OK.
