Once incorporated, add the tofu cubes. Blend, gradually increasing to Speed 8, until completely homogenous, about 2 minutes. 5. Pour the mousse into individual custard cups. Tap each filled cup on the counter a few times to remove any air bubbles. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
