Makes about 6½ cups 1 cup good quality white rum ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk 3 cups ripe, fresh pineapple, cut into 2-inch pieces 1 cup coconut sorbet 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks 6 ice cubes 1. Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar. Secure lid. 2. Select Speed 10 and press Start. Blend until fully smooth and homogenous, about 45 seconds. With blender running, carefully remove the measuring cup from the lid. Add ice cubes, one at a time. Add more ice cubes if thicker consistency is desired.
