AlmoPnro-tCeiocoShak A great way to treat yourself, and your body, after a hard workout is with a protein-rich shake. This one contains only a few ingredients, with just a hint of sweetness. Makes about 3 cups 2 cups almond milk 1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional) 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 tablespoons almond butter 8 ice cubes 1. Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blender jar. Secure lid. 2. Select Speed 1 and press Start. Blend, gradually increasing to Speed 10, until smooth, at least 45 seconds (longer if a thinner consistency is desired). 3. Serve immediately.
