Installing the GPU air shroud
Prerequisites
1.
Follow the safety guidelines listed in
Safety instructions
on page 44.
2.
Follow the procedure listed in
Before working inside your system
on page 45.
Steps
1.
Align the tabs on the air shroud with the slots on the system.

2.
Lower the air shroud into the system until it is firmly seated.
3.
Install the expansion card riser 1 and 2
.
4.
If applicable,
install the NVDIMM-N battery
.
5.
Holding the blue touch point on the air shroud cover, incline the cover at an angle, and then push it down until it is firmly seated.
