If applicable, install the front bezel. 3. Follow the procedure listed in After working inside your system on page 45. Rear drive cage The rear drive cage supports up to two 2.5 inch drives. Removing the rear drive cage Prerequisites 1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions on page 44. 2. Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system on page 45. 3. Remove the air shroud. 4. Remove all the drives. 5. Disconnect all the cables from the rear drive backplane. Steps 1. Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, loosen the screws that secure the drive cage to the system. 2. Hold the drive cage and lift it away from the system. 66 Installing and removing system components
