Table 2: Health indicator codes Codes when the indicator starts as Solid red Question/Issue Probable Cause Answer/Resolution Solid red-no code 1 blue, 2 red 1 blue, 3 red 1 blue, 4 red 1 blue, 5 red 1 blue, 6 red Operating system or application error. System drive failed to boot. Operating system USB boot failed. Recovery mode failed. Multiple boot failure. Service code. See Windows Home Server Console for error condition. If the light-bar for the system drive (the lowest light-bar) is also red, you need to replace the system hard drive. Check that lowest USB port on back of server has boot source.
