Monitoring Port Configuration To display the following form, go to the Port-Based Port Mirroring Configuration form. Select a Monitoring Port number. This form lists all mirrored ports for the selected port number. Click Add Mirrored Port to select a port to be monitored by this port. Click Delete Monitor Port to remove all mirrored ports from this port's monitoring configuration. Port Mirroring Configuration for Port To display the following form, go to the Monitoring Port x Configuration form. Select a Mirrored Port number, or click Add Mirrored Port. It is necessary to specify the direction because: • If the source port of the frame matches the mirrored port and the mirrored direction is ingress or both (ingress and egress), the frame is sent to the mirrored port. • If the destination port of the frame matches the mirrored port and the mirrored direction is egress or both, the frame is sent to the monitoring port.
