Caution: Do not route the cables in front of the air exhaust vent (located at the top of the port side of the chassis). Verifying Operation of the New CP Card 1. Verify that boot and POST are complete on the new CP card (a minimum of 3 minutes) and that the CP cards have achieved failover redundancy: a. Wait until the Status LEDs on both CP cards are off. Note: The Status LED on the active CP card displays yellow until the active CP card is fully operational, and the Status LED on the standby CP card displays yellow until the CP cards have achieved failover redundancy. b. Enable the redundancy feature by entering the haenable command from the serial console for the active CP card c.
