These levels were measured in controlled acoustical environments according to the procedures specified by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) S12.10 and ISO 7779 and are reported in accordance with ISO 9296. Actual sound-pressure levels in a Acoustical noise emissions: v Sound power, idle: 6.6 bel declared v Sound power, operating: 6.6 bel declared given location might exceed the average values stated because of room reflections and other nearby noise sources. The declared sound-power levels indicate an upper limit, below Environment: v Air temperature: which a large number of computers will operate. - Server on: 10° to 35°C (50.0° to 95.0°F); altitude: 0 to 2133 m Scalability support: (6998.0 ft) Maximum configuration: - Server off: 10° to 43°C (50.0° to v Eight nodes 109.4°F); maximum altitude: 2133 m v 32-way operation (6998.0 ft) v 128 DIMMs v Humidity: v 48 SAS hard disk drives - Server on: 8% to 80% v 48 PCI-X adapters - Server off: 8% to 80% Chapter 1.
