Voice 1 Voice 1 announces the displayed frequency, channel number, details of the respective configuration modes as well as the status of menu settings. Announces the digits of the VFO and memory channel frequencies which are higher than 10 Hz when fine tuning is OFF. "Point" is uttered after announcing the MHz digits. When a channel that does not contain any operating data is selected during memory scroll, "Blank" is uttered. Press the PF key that is assigned with "VOICE1". Announces the operating status. Announces the setting value while configuration is in progress on the configuration screen. ● Pressing the PF key that is assigned with "VOICE1", "VOICE2" or "VOICE3" during the announcement stops the announcement. ● Altering the frequency by turning the Tuning or [MULTI/ CH] control during an announcement stops the announcement. ● For more details on how to change the assignment of PF keys, please refer to "PF Keys (Programmable Function Keys)" (16-2). ● Announcement is not output while scanning is in progress. 13-2
